I’m sure you all are aware about Amazon expanding it’s marketplace to Middle East regions. Before you can decide whether you should consider or start selling, let’s get it started!

Saudi Arabia is not only the third-largest population in the Middle East but also the second-largest internet user population. The entrance of Amazon in Saudi Arabia has worked as a fire to increase traffic in eCommerce region.
– Perfect Entrance:
The entrance of Amazon in Saudi Arabia in the pandemic has driven more and more people towards online shopping. Since then, the recent boost in traffic has uplifted eCommerce in the Middle Eastern region.
– No Disastrous Competition:
After the launch of Amazon in Saudi Arabia, both Souq and Amazon have decided to work together under a single roof. All the visitors and customer data from Souq is redirected to Amazon. It simply means that Amazon Saudia is a blend of the loyal customer base of Souq and eCommerce expertise of Amazon – something that anyone can’t say no!
– Uplifting of the Top Selling Products:
As per recent reports, the top product categories for Saudi online buyers include clothes, flight tickets, mobile phones, utilities and watches etc. You must be aware that the popularity of Amazon for selling products globally under these categories are breathtaking. So when Amazon is going with full enforcement for such product categories in the region, we can already see a huge spike in the overall eCommerce growth!
– One Stand for Local & Global Sellers:
Amazon Saudi is available in local language Arabic as well as the global language English too. Hence, removing the language barrier motivates sellers from other regions to sign up and sell on Amazon Saudi too.
Why I think Amazon Saudi Arabia is going to be the Next Giant Marketplace?
With all being said above, there are multiple selling modules including Private label, wholesale and online arbitrage. The most important, seller account cannot be signed up from Pakistan and many other regions because of on-going restrictions.
